A n y w a y, somebody has the big ONE-YEAR wedding anniversary coming up and it's not Ms. Knowles. I am relying on all of you married ladies to help me out in the gift department.
As you may or may not already know, the one-year is considered the "paper anniversary." Yes, that's right. As much as I wish it was the brand-new-hard-wood-floors-anniversary, I'll happily comply with tradition.
I guess they figure after one year of marriage + mortgage, paper is about all married couples can afford. And thus, the paper anniversary tradition was created. No arguments here.
DP is not exactly the mushy type so let's just say the trusty Google search suggestion of love poems and scrapbooks aren't exactly ideal. Don't get me wrong, my husband would adore anything I gave him--much like a mother would love a macaroni necklace-- but I'm aiming a little higher than dried pasta on a string.
Here's what I've got going on so far. Shhhh- don't spill.
A subscription to All About Beer magazine. Romantic, I know. I'm totally stumped.

I have heard of many women doing boudoir photo's and having a "Little Black Book" made for their husband.. Some are more risque and others more playful. I hear the husbands LOVE them.
